We’re looking for a professional CDL driver to join the Triplett Bros team — a small, family-run carrier with very low turnover and a great reputation in the agricultural commodities industry.

This is a rare opportunity to get on board with a company that treats drivers like family.

What We Haul:

Agricultural commodities in hopper bottoms throughout the Western and Midwestern states.

What We Offer:

Percentage pay — drivers average $75K–$100K+ per year
Flexible home time — we understand life outside the truck
Newer, well-maintained trucks
No micromanagement — you’re trusted to do your job
Strong direct customer base (steady freight, year-round)

What We Require:

CDL-A with clean MVR
Hopper experience preferred but not required (we’ll train the right driver)
